Delivery Policy 

Processing your order

Orders received between Mondays to Friday before 2pm will be processed that day. For an item that is in stock, orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, unless your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday. If your item is not in stock and for all orders that are custom-made, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise of availability and estimated delivery date. If for any reason 3woodcrafts is unable to fill your requested order you will be notified as soon as possible via email and we will make a payment reversal if payment has been processed.

Delivery

We use Australia Post, and you will have the choice of selecting Parcel Post or Express Post Satchel options, which are individually coded and tracked. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive notification from 3woodcrafts. This will give you a tracking number you can check on www.auspost.com.au . Parcels will be delivered Mondays to Friday between 9am – 5pm. We charge delivery by price please check rates below.

Cost

The postage cost for standard Parcel Post 1 to 8 business days are as follows:

  • $50 to $100 - $15
  • $100 to 200 - $35
  • $200 to 700 - $50
  • $710 to $1000- Free

The postage cost for Express Post are as follows:

  • $50 to $100 -$25
  • $100 to $200 - $45
  • $200 to $700 -$55
  • $710 to $1000 Free

The total weight of your order will be calculated at checkout, and the options for delivery (based on your postcode) will be displayed prior to completion of checkout.

Please note Express Post overnight delivery is not available because we are not situated within the delivery network for overnight. Australia Post takes one day for parcels to travel between the south west of WA to Perth. 3woodcrafts takes no responsibility for the loss of goods once an item is scanned as received by Australia Post.

International Orders

We use Australia Post Airmail for International Orders. Delivery is made within 3 to 10 working days; however we cannot assume responsibilities for delays. 3woodcrafts will not be held responsible for any duties, tariffs or additional charges once the items have left Australia.

If you are placing an international order, we will contact you via email on placement of your order to advise of any extra costs due to international shipping.
