Delivery Policy

Order Processing

We dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

We ship all orders with Australia Post. You can choose either Standard Parcel Post or Express Post at checkout. All parcels include tracking, and you will receive a shipping notification by email once your order has been sent.

Shipping Costs

Standard Parcel Post

- Orders $10–$400: $20

- Orders $401–$600: $35

- Orders $601–$800: $45

- Orders over $800: Shipping cost will be quoted after your order is received.

Express Post

- Orders $10–$400: $30

- Orders $401–$600: $45

- Orders $601–$800: $60

- Orders over $800: Shipping cost will be quoted after your order is received.

Large Items

Shipping for large items, including large fruit bowls, sculptures, and centrepieces, will be quoted after your order is received.

International Orders

If you place an international order, we will contact you by email with any additional shipping costs before your order is shipped.
