At 3Wood Crafts, we want you to love your handmade purchase. Every item is carefully crafted with quality and care, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.

That's why we offer a 30-day return, exchange, and refund policy.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault with the workmanship or materials, please contact us. We'll gladly replace the item or provide a full refund.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong item?
No problem! You can exchange your item within 30 days.

• If the replacement item costs less, we'll refund the difference.
• If it costs more, you'll simply pay the difference.

Not completely satisfied?
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, items must be unused and in their original condition.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on used wooden utensils, including spoons.
